Your Role

As a Senior Engineer in our Quality Service Center, you will help ensure that customer quality requirements are consistently met through timely and efficient communication and document management. Join our collaborative team and contribute to digitalization and standardization efforts that enhance our customer service experience.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for timely submission and compliance with automotive customer requirements
  • Serve as Notification Quality Management (QM) specialist and PPAP requestor in the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT)
  • Triage and assign incoming quality PPAP inquiry cases using the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT). Maintain and update process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Quality Service Center processes for management review
  • Act as key user and administrator for the Customer Interface Management Tool (CMT) on all topics related to PPAP processing
  • Submit International Material Data System (IMDS) and China Automotive Material Data System (CAMDS) declarations for customer part approval
  • Drive standardization and digitalization efforts to improve response consistency and efficiency within your area of responsibility

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
  • Three to five years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar customer service role (mandatory)
  • Knowledge or experience of standard quality concepts such as Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and statistics (mandatory)
  • Knowledge or experience with semiconductor qualification requirements and guidance standards, including Automotive Electronics Council Q100 (AEC Q100), Automotive Electronics Council Q101 (AEC Q101), or Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC) (mandatory)
  • Experience with semiconductor change management processes (mandatory)
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Experience managing improvement projects or digitalizing quality processes (preferred)
