The CSS division provides end-to-end systems for a connected, secured world – building on trusted, game-changing microcontrollers as well as wireless and security solutions. Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop and execute development plans and strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality engineering
- Drive device and package qualification, ensuring all products meet the required specifications and quality standards
- Lead efforts to improve front-end (FE) and back-end (BE) test yields, identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Significant experience in IC development and manufacturing (e.g., typically 7+ years), especially with a focus on NPI projects
- Strong technical expertise in integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, and integrated analog and digital IC circuit theory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
