We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead the Operations, Planning, and Controlling (OPC) function for our Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce costs. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical, business, and interpersonal skills.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Leading global teams to manage external manufacturing and / or production operations in alignment with company requirement in product quality, equipment efficiency, material readiness, and best cost to ensure demand fulfilment.
• Oversee daily operations, including production planning, material management, and supply chain management.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders’ teams to align supply chain needs.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or Business Management, preferably post graduate degree.
• Min. 15 years of semiconductor or supply chain experience, preferably leading leaders and teams worldwide in last role.
• Strong communication skillset to engage both management/working level (internal & external).
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders teams to align supply chain needs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to future supply chain leaders within the organization.
• Leverage data analytics to ensure demand fulfilment and improve decision-making.
• Monitor key metrics (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute supply chain risk management plans to ensure business continuity.
