Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Understand product technology, product characteristics, test program, electrical test and analytic tools.
- Responsible for test throughput improvement, test platform conversion.
- Drive and improve KPIs (NLoP, Yield, 1st Pass Yield, Rework, Test Time, Lot on Hold, Lot Reject Rate and OEE) to ambitious targets.
- Assist for outgoing quality control (NLoZD) to ensures products meet data sheet specifications and FAR corrective action
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, prototypes, or features for shorten weekly report
- Understand overall of Final Test
- Understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, physics, and materials science
- Understand final test process flow, control plan and all related on the job training
- Understand product technology, product characteristics, test program, electrical test and analytic tools
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently studying Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science / Data Science/Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, Typescript)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
