Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Design, introduce and continuously improve Lean Office / Lean Administration frameworks across the organization
  • Lead and coach teams and leaders in Lean Management principles (e.g. flow, pull, visual management, continuous improvement, problem solving)
  • Design and facilitate Lean trainings & workshops (e.g. value stream analysis, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen)
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives at scale (multiple departments/units)
  • Work closely with Agile roles (Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches) to align Lean Management and Agile ways of working
  • Define and track meaningful KPIs for administrative and management processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on operational excellence and organizational effectiveness

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Lean Office/ Lean Administration/ Lean Management
  • Proven track record of introducing Lean Management into an organization, ideally a larger or complex organization
  • Strong understanding of Lean principles beyond tools (leadership, culture, systems thinking)
  • Solid Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban, Agile mindset); experience working alongside Scrum Masters is a plus
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
  • Very good English skills (German is a plus, depending on context)
