Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Performance Metrics: Drive and develop innovative measures to optimize product and factory performance for yield and consistency objectives
  • Operations Collaboration: Work within the Operations Engineering team to ensure key improvement objectives are tracked and achieved
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in product configuration, structure, and manufacturing processes to contribute to issue resolution
  • Problem Solving: Play a key role in root cause analysis and problem resolution for product challenges
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as Subject Matter Expert in product performance and actively participate in cross-functional teams
  • Data Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report product performance and qualification results using data review and statistical analysis tools
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with project managers to develop and execute project plans for successful outcomes

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics preferred
  • Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of electronic engineering principles, especially involving discrete and power IC components
  • Data Skills: Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and JMP is preferred
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complex processes into actionable steps
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Self-Starter: Must exhibit initiative and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $65,000.00 salary per year

Maximum of $81,000.00 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
