Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage incident and service order tickets, as well as handle user management tasks, such as access control
• Create system and application documentation, including training materials, to support users effectively
• Assist with test management, including creating and executing testcases
• Collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data
• Explore Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word plugins for compatibility with Agiloft and create installation packages
• Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel - Power Query
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
