Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Business Analyst OPEX Controlling for Automotive Memory Solutions and Ethernet Solutions Business Lines, you will play a key role in steering the financial success of our development projects. From OPEX planning and process coordination during Forecast and Bluebook cycles to identifying efficiency measures – your expertise drives innovation and contributes significantly to our profitable growth.

Due to time zone differences, this role requires a certain degree of flexibility in working hours on a regular basis. All related meetings and collaboration activities are planned well in advance, enabling reliable and predictable scheduling. Therefore, you may have the chance to embark on occasional business trips to the US West Coast
  • Manage quarterly OPEX forecasts (with a strong focus on R&D, as well as SG&A, and selected Cost of Sales) and headcount planning; analyze actuals vs. forecast on a monthly basis and provide insights for quarterly outlooks
  • Lead the annual 5‑year Bluebook planning for R&D and headcount, critically challenging product roadmaps and business cases to ensure alignment with long‑term product and business strategies
  • Ensure high data quality by maintaining R&D projects in tools and databases, validating financial assumptions, and monitoring planned versus actual expenses
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives by developing dashboards and streamlining controlling processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and decision quality
