Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) drives package and product quality from development stages into manufacturing release by emphasizing on early technical risk assessment with package development team. In parallel, AQE leads proactive early risk assessment, mitigation and management to ensure deliver the right quality level according to customers needs.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Advanced Quality Engineering drive FMEA (Design/Process/Delta) implement, and define quality safe launch control plans for critical milestone release of product & package development
• Collaborate and support supplier quality management (SQM) on supplier quality audits, specifically validate supplier production processes for new material and core processes equipment
• Drive package project team, specifically on technical risk mitigation and technical problem solving by design in prevention or detection methods with necessary quality control plan according to project top defined FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Apply quality tools likes Root Cause Analysis, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to identify, analyze, to address manufacturing or design defects to achieve quality target accordingly
• Document and update relevant documentations (FMEA / Failure Catalogue /Control Plans) according to Quality Management Systematic (QMS) standard
• Cross functional partnering with Engineering, Production, and SQM to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science or equivalent field is preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in quality engineering process control with assembly process engineering/process integration, specifically package development into manufacturing operation
• Posses with package and assembly processes, know how and test with added advantage
• Familiar with quality tools & documentations (FMEA/SPC/8D/3x5 whys/Failure catalogue/Control Plan)
• Background for reliability analytical assessment for product and package release
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for communication across all level
