Your Role

This role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our Power modules, driving compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle. You will also optimize quality processes, oversee the performance of quality-related units, and shape the future of our quality engineering capabilities.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• To improve the Quality KPIs of the production line designated to him
• To support the Yield improvement projects
• To drive and manage the work of problem-solving team
• To do continuous development jobs
• To ensure consistent and reliable information flow in order to improve supplier quality
  
  

Your Profile

As a quality expert, you excel at driving excellence and reliability. You're passionate about process improvement and strive for exceptional outcomes. With a proactive approach, you identify and mitigate risks and inspire others to do the same. You're a collaborative team player who embodies quality and drives continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A successful university degree (diploma/master/PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on power electronics is advantage
• First experience in the field of power semiconductor/electronics or power module technology preferable
• Experience in quality management
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hungarian/German is a plus), enabling effective communication across roles and functions
