Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Are you looking for a position where you can work on technical topics and support others? For you, quality does not only come from Quality Management, rather than from the commitment of those who are involved?

  • Develop, coordinate and approve qualification plans and guide the implementation in the reliability lab
  • Support and lead globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management and our global production sites
  • Analyze qualification results, prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (e.g. quality, costs, time) to support product definition and development
  • Serve as quality manager for product lifecycle for a designated group of products by driving customer requests, internal change management and incident handling
  • Proactively work on problem-solving strategies together with the customer, developers and the manufacturing sites
  • Act as a contact partner for quality issues

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You remain aware of the big picture, weigh-up risks carefully. Your proactive and solution-oriented way of working helps you to collaborate constructively and trustfully within an international team.

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable degree
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in Quality Management or related areas or a completed PhD
  • Ideally experience with quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D, 6Sigma, 5Why)
  • Experience with reliability tests is beneficial
  • An affinity for data analysis as well as digitalization
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English (German as a plus)
