Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage professional employees and/or supervisors, or support, production, or operations team
• Coach and provide operational & technical advice to the execution team, implementation, and maintenance of the system & procedures
• Ensure the certification of new test execution staff
• Allocation of workload for the test center operation team, reviews backlogs, and defines a catch-up plan
• Plans the timely allocation of resources (manpower, machine capacity, materials) of the test operation team to meet team targets (cycle time, staff productivity, and homemade failure)
• Ensure the discipline of the test operation team, including 5s, adherenceto procedure, attendance, and overtime/breaktime. Takes the necessaryactions when necessary
• Set employee performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actions
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource andoperational challenges
• Interact with other labs regularly (e.g., alignment meeting, workshop, etc) for process enhancement and harmonization.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in semiconductor reliability stressequipment is preferred
• Experience in reliability test methodology &concepts, reference standards, and working principles of stress equipment
• Experience in programming know-how will be an added advantage
