Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for developing test packages (test programs and hardware) for productivity and quality improvement intelligent power modules
• Able to deep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develops innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
• Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with product specifications and test program release requirements.
• Ensure timely transfer of engineering, reliability and production test packages to various testing locations.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid-State Physics.
• Looking for Test Engineers with experince in test platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, AccoTEST, SPEA, etc.
• Demonstrated preferred experience with discrete & power module test systems
• 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
• Solid know how and understanding of semiconductor switches and Integrated Circuits physics.
• C/C++programming skills needed.
• Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment.
• Strong technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Mandarin languange is a plus but not mandatory, as you will interact with Greater China stakeholder.
