Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Drive technical sales activities to achieve business targets in the semiconductor sector.
• Engage with traditional EMS customers in the Greater China region to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with customers’ design teams to support design-in and design-win activities in consumer and ICT applications.
• Work closely with distributors to support design-related activities, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.
• Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers, addressing their design challenges and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Infineon’s product portfolio.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in serving traditional EMS customers in Greater China is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with design activities in consumer and ICT application areas is an advantage.
• Familiarity with distributor collaboration in design-related engagements is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
