Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• To deliver products to our customers at committed functionality,reliability, time, volume and cost with no deviations
• Conduct regular compliance check of control plan deployment and quality controls
• Line sustaining by non conformance handling in the line through DDM,MRB, QMR, SCAR, Red/Yellow Tag systematic, as well as drive for improvement
• Participate in internal and external problem solving
• Conduct review of documentation (specifications, FMEA, etc) to ensure it fits actual practice
• Support in-process quality monitoring for new products introduction (Safe Launch) or process changes (GCM)
• Perform verification and cascading of CAPA from 8D (MRB, QMR)

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and packaging technology.
• Good personality, positive mindset and independent.
• Knowledge in 8D methodology
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, FMEA and SPC tools
• Basic knowledge of reliability assessment
• Basic knowledge of IATF/VDA6.3 requirement
• Basic knowledge of direct material supplier process
