Internship as a Integration Dev-Ops Support Engineer

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Work closely with the Enterprise Integration Services team, supporting both development and operations activities
• Assist in developing end-to-end solutions for SAP integration application such as SAP Cloud Integration (CI), Edge Integration Cell, SAP Process Integration (PI), and SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)
• Support the team in managing incidents and service-order tickets including receiving, assessing, and resolving requests from internal users
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting critical system issues by analyzing root causes, investigating problems, and offering actionable solutions or workarounds to users.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, issues, and solutions to support operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the support team to implement various change requests from an end-to-end perspective, ensuring seamless adjustments to integration scenarios.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations activities
• Work with a global team of experts, supporting collaboration and knowledge sharing across different regions and time zones
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Some experience in professional area would be an advantage
• Possess a proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to drive tasks to completion independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as ASP, XML, ABAP, JAVA, XSLT
• Familiarity with native cloud applications and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker or Red Hat OpenShift)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate and address new challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal),with the ability to collaborate across global teams
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies/processes is an added advantage
• Experienced with SAP CI, SAP PI, SAP SLT, or SAP Integration Suite will be an added advantage
• Strong JAVA programming skills, with the ability to apply them in developing or troubleshooting integration scenarios
