Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Set up and maintain applications infrastructure, and define and run code quality checks
• Deploy application packages along the CI/CD pipeline, including solution reviews, sprint package testing (integration, performance), UAT stages, in collaboration with IT Application Owners and Quality Engineers
• Collaborate with Platform SRE and Architects to identify and prioritize system improvements, and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes under the guidance of Platform SRE and Architects
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation tools and processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance system reliability
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the application documentation, including system design documents, technical specs, sustaining and maintenance procedures, and application onboarding process
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing support for our systems and infrastructure, with guidance from Platform SRE and Architects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar technical subject
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields
• Experience with automation tools
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g Git), collaboration platforms (e.g Jira/ Azure DevOps and Confluence)
• Experience with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies is preferred
• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence applications is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, networking protocols, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of programming and software development (e.g Java, JavaScript, Python, Selenium, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, GIT/GIT Flow, AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS is preferred
• Knowledge of DITA Open Toolkit, XML, XSLT, DTD, and ANT script is preferred
• Knowledge of oXygen application framework is preferred
• Certification in a relevant field, such as AWS Certified Developer or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, on-time delivery, good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in the English language
