In this role, you will be responsible for the FOL Deviation Management Team, Manage and Release for FOL (Front of Line) LOH (Lot on Hold) with the Production.

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Manage and Release for FOL (Front of Line) LOH (Lot on Hold).
  • Responsible for the FOL Deviation Management Team.
  • Manage And coordinate with the Production, Maintenance and Engineering Teams for FOL LOH Assessment.
  • Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
  • Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Min D3 in Engineering or Science
  • Experience 5+ Years.
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge for Problem solving skills of Quality Tools(such as RCA, CA, 5 Whys etc.) and data analytics tool (such as Tableau).
  • Soft skills : Good in Communication, Leadership, Teamwork
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Computer skill (Microsoft Office).
  • Certify for Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools is advantages
