Your Role
As a Senior Specialist Business Demand Planner, you will play a key part in integrating market insights, production capabilities, and financial considerations to develop robust demand plans. Join a collaborative and diverse team, working across multiple departments to drive informed business decisions and support continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Consolidate and steer the demand plan for one Business Line, considering customer demand, supply chain topics, production capabilities, and financial aspects
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with Marketing and Business Line Management to support the Volume Rolling Forecast
- Prepare mid- and long-term planning for Product Lines by analyzing market trends and assessing business, demand, and supply situations
- Develop and deliver detailed analyses and reporting to strengthen supply chain, planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Product Marketing, Production Management, Finance, and Logistics Planning, as well as global production sites
- Align activities with volume and strategic production plans to ensure business objectives are met
- Contribute actively to projects aimed at process optimization and continuous improvement

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Informatics or a business-related field; preferably with a technical background (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in operative Supply Chain Management, such as disposition, production, or demand planning (mandatory)
- Significant experience with data analyses and reporting, with sound knowledge of Business Intelligence methods and tools (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in Access, Tableau Dashboard; knowledge of BlueYonder S&OP, databases, and Business Intelligence software is preferred
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory; German language skills are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive and solution-oriented team environment (mandatory)
- Openness to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives (mandatory)
