Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Cyber & Information Security Governance Manager, you will play a key role in our Governance team within Corporate Cyber Security & Privacy, leading and maturing an integrated Cyber and Physical Security governance framework across the organization. You will ensure security policies, standards, and processes are clearly defined, and effectively embedded across corporate, manufacturing, office, and operational environments. In doing so, you will strengthen overall risk management, regulatory compliance, and protection of company assets, both digital and physical.

  • Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Cyber & Physical Security governance model, ensuring governance is consistently applied across IT, operational technology (OT), and physical environments
  • Develop, publish, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines that are easy to adopt and aligned with international best practices
  • Translate current and emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., EU cybersecurity regulations, critical infrastructure requirements, data protection related physical security obligations) into actionable internal controls
  • Partner with cyber risk management and security verification team to ensure risk identification, assessment, and acceptance are consistent with our governance framework
  • Present the Cyber and Information Security management system and address auditor questions during external assessments
  • Ensure all sites operate with robust physical security concepts, including access control, surveillance, visitor handling, asset protection, and security incident reporting processes
  • Work closely with local site security, facility management, and external security providers to ensure consistent implementation

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

You have a strong governance mindset and translate complex requirements into practical controls, balancing security and compliance needs with business enabling implementation. You communicate effectively at all organizational levels, influence without authority, drive multi-stakeholder initiatives to timely remediation, and bring a structured, hands-on, solution-orientated team player approach grounded in risk-based decision-making.

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cyber Security Law or related field of study
  • 5 + years of experience in Security Governance, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Corporate Security
  • Proven ability to build, implement, and maintain security governance frameworks in a complex, international organization and experience in environments with stringent security needs, such as manufacturing, laboratories, or high security operations
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF) and physical security principles (access control, monitoring, incident handling), and experience with European and/or global cybersecurity and physical security regulatory environments
  • Familiarity with both cyber and physical access controls, surveillance practices, and security operations with an understanding of combined cyber physical threats and business critical infrastructure
  • Experience with (inter)national regulations and standards (e.g. NIS2, PCI DSS, DFARS, IT SiG 2.0, BSI-KritisV, ISO27001, TISAX) on cybersecurity and adjacent areas
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); German or other second languages are a plus
