Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Talent Development and Skill Management Technology Consultant, you will design and enhance our Skills/Talent Management solution and its integrations.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of our future Skills /Talent Management solution and its integration with existing systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Eightfold, ServiceNow)
• Support and further develop our SAP SuccessFactors landscape with a focus on Performance & Goals and Learning
• Act as an application expert for HR and business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into system solutions and improvements
• Own and manage system configurations, development, integrations and interfaces (e.g. XML, API, SAP BTP Integrations) including design, coordination and implementation
• Design, implement and monitor data exports and reporting interfaces to downstream systems and analytics/reporting solutions
• Take ownership of incident resolution, change requests, testing and documentation to ensure a stable and user-friendly HR system environment
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
• At least 3 years of experience in IT HR / HR systems (e.g., HRIS, HR tech), ideally with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Eightfold
• Strong technical knowledge in system configuration, interface/APIs and integration scenarios; coding/development experience is a strong plus
• High affinity for HR topics, especially Performance and Skills Management
• Analytical, structured working style with the ability to translate business needs into feasible technical solutions, considering constraints and trade-offs
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with global stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
