Minőségirányítási mérnökként hozzájárulsz a vállalat minőségirányításának proaktív működéséhez, hogy az teljes mértékben kielégítse ügyfeleink elvárásait, hozzájáruljon sikerükhöz és garantálja a „kategóriájában legjobb” termékminőséget. As a Quality Engineer you will contirbute our company's Quality Management department in acting proactively to satisfy the needs of our customers to increase their success and to ensure 'best in class' product quality.

Feladatok/Your Role:

• Reaktív folyamatok működtetésével (pl.: belső eltéréskezelés, 8D, fókuszcsoport) biztosítja a minőségi hibával érintett termékek teljes elszigetelését (belső zárolás, visszahívás), forrásának beazonosítását és a hiba azonnali megszüntetését, valamint a valódi gyökérok meghatározását és hatékony javító intézkedések bevezetését a termékelőállítási folyamatok biztosításáért.
• Preventív folyamatok működtetésével (pl.: FMEA, Kockázatértékelés, Belső audit, változásmenedzsment) biztosítja az új vagy módosított folyamatok bevezetése előtt a potenciális kockázatok pontos beazonosítását, a hatékony megelőző intézkedések definiálását a kockázatok csökkentésére, illetve azok bevezetését és visszaellenőrzéséta „Nulla Hiba” stratégia megvalósításáért.
• Támogató funkcióként hozzájárul az új alapanyagok, késztermékek, folyamatok és berendezések bevezetéséhez, ellenőrzéséhez és jóváhagyásához (pl.: mintagyártás ellenőrzések, hibakatalógusok) a minőségügyi szempontok maradéktalan integrálásáért.
• By operating reactive processes (e.g.: internal deviation management, 8D, focus group), ensure complete isolation of products affected by quality defects (internal blocking, recall), identification of the source and immediate elimination of the defect, as well as identification of the true root causes and implementation of effective corrective actions to ensure product manufacturing processes.
• By operating preventive processes (e.g.: FMEA, Risk Assessment, Internal Audit, Change Management), ensure the accurate identification of potential risks, the definition of effective preventive measures to mitigate risks, their implementation and their back-testing before the introduction of new or modified processes to achieve a "Zero Defect" strategy.
• Supporting the introduction, control and approval of new raw materials, finished products, processes and equipment (e.g. sample checks, defect catalogues) to ensure full integration of quality aspects.
  
  

Elvárások/Your Profile:

• Műszaki mérnök végzettség;
• Gyártástámogató és/vagy minőségügyi mérnöki munkakörben szerzettlegalább 3 éves tapasztalat;
• 8D problémamegoldó és az FMEA módszertan készségszintű ismerete;
• Gyökérokelemző módszerek (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why) készségszintű ismerete;
• Statisztikai folyamat szabályozás (SPC) és mérőrendszer elemzés (MSA,GR&R) alapismeretek;
• Angol és/vagy német nyelv legalább középfokú, aktív kommunikációsismerete;
• Felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (MS Windows, MS WORD,MS OUTLOOK);
• Haladó MS EXCEL (Pivot táblák) és MS Powerpoint ismeretek.
• Qualification in technical Engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing support and/or quality engineering role;
• Skill level in 8D problem solving and FMEA methodology;
• Skill level in root cause analysis methods (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why);
• Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA,GR&R);
• English and/or German language at least intermediate, active communication skills;
• Computer skills at user level (MS Windows, MS WORD,MS OUTLOOK);
• Advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL (Pivot tables) and MS Powerpoint.
