Shanghai Co-innovation Space Coordinator

Your Role

• Responsible for the end-to-end operation, resource coordination, project & event support, lab overall coordination and cross-departmental collaboration of Infineon Shanghai Co-innovation Space, to ensure efficient, standardized and professional operation and support the company’s innovative ecosystem.负责英飞凌上海联合创新空间全流程运营、资源统筹、项目与活动支持、实验室统筹及跨部门协同，保障空间高效、规范、专业运转，支撑公司创新生态建设。
  
  

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Space Operation & Management 空间运营与管理
• Responsible for the full-process daily operation of the co-innovation space, including planning of office, lab and public areas, and implementation of usage policies.负责创新空间日常运营全流程管控，按规划划分办公、实验室及公共区域，执行使用规范。
• Coordinate internal and external user demands, prioritize venue and resource allocation to avoid conflicts and improve utilization.对接内外部用户需求，按优先级统筹场地与资源，避免冲突、提升利用率。
• Collect user feedback, analyze operation data, and continuously optimize processes and experience.收集用户反馈，分析运营数据，持续优化流程与体验。
• Project & Event Support项目与活动支持
• Provide office and lab resources for co-innovation projects and follow up on project implementation. 为联合创新项目提供办公、实验室等资源支持，跟进项目落地。
• Support venue and operation for technical seminars, branding events and cooperation activities.为技术交流、品牌活动、合作推广等提供场地及运营保障。
• Lab-Specific Operation 实验室专项运营
• Maintain lab order, manage standard equipment booking, basic maintenance coordination and usage records. 负责实验室区域秩序、标准设备预约、基础维护协调与使用记录管理。
• Ensure compliant equipment usage and assist in training and supervision. 确保设备使用合规，配合开展使用培训与监督
• Mechanism Implementation & Cross-Party Collaboration机制落地与跨方协同
• Assist committees in developing and updating space operation rules and ensure effective implementation. 配合委员会制定、更新空间运营制度并推动落地执行。
• Act as the key interface to synchronize information, resolve issues. 作为核心接口对内部同步信息、协调问题。
• Incentive Activities & Brand Promotion激励活动与品牌展示
• Organize incentive activities such as Lighthouse Project and innovation award events, and promote excellent solutions. 统筹灯塔项目、创新奖项评选等激励活动，推动优秀方案宣传。
• Promote Infineon’s brand image through space operation and exhibition. 通过空间运营与展示传递英飞凌品牌形象。
  
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and execution skills. 优秀的沟通协调、问题解决与推动落地能力。
• Capable of space planning, resource coordination and process optimization. 具备空间规划、资源统筹、流程优化能力。
• Familiar with cross-departmental/cross-organizational collaboration is preferred. 熟悉跨部门 / 跨组织协同者优先。
• With operational experience in innovation space, co-working space, or co-innovation project is preferred. 具备创新空间 / 联合办公 /创新项目运营经验者优先。
• High-tech, semiconductor, electronics background, or lab management experience, is a strong plus. 有高科技、半导体、电子技术相关背景，或实验室管理经验尤佳。
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and emergencies; responsible, reliable and stable. 抗压能力强，可应对多任务与突发情况；责任心强、稳定靠谱。
• Fluent in English英语流利
