Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide Day to Day technical and administrative support (remote/on-site support) for End Users on IT Computing issues including resolving incident tickets and change request in a timely manner,
• Manage and maintain daily operations of IT Workplace Services, ranging from installations, configurations and setting up of new computing environment based on defined standard requirements and specifications.
• Provide 2nd tier response, analysis and resolution planning for dated issues and seek appropriate solution for issues
• Perform and monitor asset management of IT workplace related assets on regular basis.
• Initiate and follow-up on critical vendor technical support requirements.
• Document system processes and procedures.
• Liaise with Application groups on various projects and other system support requirements.
• Support regional and global team on IT workplace services, roll-outstand projects.
• To oversee the local workplace operations, services and to lead Theon-site support team.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering / InformationTechnology with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Sound knowledge and experience in client operating system e.g. Windows11
• Good hands-on experience with printers, projectors and other IT peripherals.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal in Thai & English.
