Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Accountable for overall module (end-to-end from Assembly to Test) resource planning to support sustainable and profitable module growth and to meet company’s revenue
  • Accountable on module VRFC/TCR/LTCR/PlanPro, and to ensure complete per timeline to achieve mid-long term sustainable and profitable module growth, as well as responsible to ensure module strategy are considered
  • Accountable and responsible for module capacity (Production Program) to meet weekly delivery commitments to meet Division demand fulfillment, and achieve revenue targets
  • Accountable and responsible in preparation of investment proposal for capacity ramp up to meet committed capacity ramp timeline to meet Division demand fulfillment, and achieve revenue target
  • Close collaboration with Operation, FIN, QM, IE & DEV to focus on delivery stability and commitment, capacity planning and balancing, to ensure company's KPIs are met
  • Provide high degree of analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex problems in the area of capacity optimization, resource optimization, and business demand fulfillment

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Industrial Engineering
  • Finance qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry, in particular experience in operations planning and/or industrial engineering
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years of experience in resource planning role
  • Knowledge in supply chain management, backend production processes, and capacity modelling
  • Knowledge in in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills to define problem statement, and provide proposals to resolve complex topics
  • Ability to drive and lead mid to long-term strategy work plans/ideas to achieve organization/module/site growth sustenance
  • Ability to anticipate issues or challenges and provide proposals and measures to resolve it in a fast and agile way
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with various levels of people
  • Good presentation skills to present proposals and measures in a systematic approach
