Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• To lead the Development Program Team in providing overall program activities to support Business Division (BD) and Operation (OP) to achieve high performance and ultimate business success.
• Overall responsible for Program Management in development platform.
• Be part of the management team and responsible to achieve defined targets i.e. time-to-market, meeting the quality target, meeting performance target and within budget.
• Responsible for planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the program owner/sponsor.
• Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechanical / Materials) with 10 years of experience in semiconductor related industry.
• Experience in leading a team of professional engineers and managers(>20 peoples).
• People Management & Project Management.
• Sound knowledge in R&D and semiconductor technical engineering.
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving then quickly.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
