Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support the day-to-day operations of Infineon’s New Delhi office and collaborate closely with the local team.
• Assist in the development and delivery of messages and materials aligned with Infineon’s regional strategy, focusing on Indian federal institutions, ministries, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key developments in research and development, as well as standardization topics relevant to Infineon’s business objectives within India, including cooperation with agencies such as NIELIT.
• Participate in organizing stakeholder meetings and events to facilitate dialogue with representatives of government agencies and other high-level stakeholders.
• Help coordinate Infineon's participation in selected Indian industry associations and standardization bodies, ensuring meaningful engagement and contribution.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Master’s degree in political science, Law, Administrative Science, Communication studies, physics. electrical engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of Government Relations
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement with officials, staff members of parliamentarians, and industry representatives.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to interpret complex political and geopolitical developments affecting Infineon’s business.
• Ability to develop clear and persuasive policy messages tailored to Indian audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing office operations and events.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic and evolving policy landscape.
• Commitment to Infineon’s values and mission, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
