As an I4.0 Project Manager you will play a key role in driving our organization's digital transformation journey. Job Description
As an I4.0 Project Manager you will play a key role in driving our organization's digital transformation journey. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our operations and make a significant impact on our business. With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and results-driven delivery, you will be responsible for leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies to drive growth, efficiency, and competitiveness.
In your new role you will:
- Drive further digitalization rollouts and act as a Project Manager, leading the rollout of new solutions and being responsible for the project scope, time, and budget
- Own and define the strategy for a specific Industry 4.0 pillar or track, acting as the site responsible and driving the execution of the roadmap and harvesting of results
- Apply best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products, services, or processes
- Serve as a communication interface with the Cluster and Industry 4.0 Community on defined pillars, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Resolve complex problems or issues where precedent may not exist, using analytical and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions
- Work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects and driving them forward to completion
- Provide major interface and support to Automation, Engineering, and Technical teams in terms of IT connectivity of equipment, offering digital support to engineering functions
- Define future requirements for equipment interface and workflow design, including Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and equipment integration
- Drive the harvesting of production-related IT solutions, focusing on achieving economical improvements and simplifying workflows through digitalization
- Maintain the stability of released digital solutions, participating in root cause analysis of critical issues, developing and realizing corrections to stabilize the system, and ensuring ongoing performance and reliability

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Engineering degree - preferably in IT or Electrical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in factory environment
- Preferably Project Management experience in the field of Factory Digitalization
- IT mindset and interest in digitalization
- Ability to drive topics
- Good presentation skills - ability to represent the site on global platforms
- Business level English - daily level technical discussion with global stakeholders
- Fluency in Hungarian
