Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide field technical support to direct Home Appliances customers and selected Distribution customers in Turkey
• Guide customers at system level, helping them select and apply the right power devices, microcontrollers, and system solutions
• Support customer design-in activities, including schematic reviews, PCB layout guidance, and debugging of hardware and firmware
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and trainings to showcase Infineon solutions and best practices
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Application Engineering to align on customer needs and project priorities
• Collect and share customer feedback and market insights to support future product and roadmap definition
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or similar field, or a high school diploma supported by relevant professional experience - at least 3 years
• Ability to work at system level, combining hardware and firmware skills and dealing with both digital and analog power devices
• Experience with home appliance or small appliance systems is preferred
• Knowledge of high voltage motor inverters and/or capacitive user interfaces is considered a strong plus
• Ability to use proprietary design tools and IDEs to support solution demonstrations for customers – C programming experience is an advantage
• Strong drive, proactivity, and autonomy, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PCB layout and design is welcome
• Proficiency with MS Office or Office 365 tools
• Native Turkish language skills and Business-level English (written and spoken) are mandatory
