Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Commit to the deployment of GC-wide TD initiatives, providing data consolidation and analytics of training, learning, talent and leadership development activities
  • Provide logistical support for training & learning interventions for smooth running, including new hire welcome sessions, corporate leadership programs, GC Learning Circle and other local offerings
  • Attend to communication / promotion tasks via different channels, such as newsletter, eMag, Intranet, iShare…
  • Help with the purchase processes and gift management across sites
  • Take care of other ad hoc tasks, like brainstorming / researching / presenting

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources / psychology / social sciences preferred
  • Detail-orientated, taking accountability for coordination and administration work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with hybrid team
  • Good English skills both written and oral
  • Proficient in data analysis / AI skills
  • 期望4-5天/周实习; Duration May-Dec 2026
