As Senior Test Engineer you will ensure the availability of the measuring equipment used in the production process and will contribute to the achievement of the company's KPI targets.

Feladatok/Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Felelős a mérőberendezések meghibásodásának elemzéséért és javításáért (kezdeményezi a gépek blokkolását/blokkolás feloldását);
• Gondoskodik a mérőberendezések képességvizsgálatának elvégzéséről, és az eredményeket dokumentálja;
• Elkészíti, ellenőrzi és verifikálja a teszt-utasításokat és a termék és berendezés tesztprogramokat;
• Folyamatos fejlesztéseket tervez és hajt végre a szakmai területén a minőségcélok, produktivitás és kihozatal javítása céljából;
• Részt vesz a kapcsolódó projektekben, projektvezetői megbízás esetén teljeskörően irányítja a projektcsapatot;
• Elkészíti a tesztberendezések specifikációját, támogatja a beszállítóta gép kialakításában, átveszi és integrálja a berendezést;
• Kapcsolatot tart a berendezés beszállítókkal és kezeli a reklamációkat;
• Kialakítja és fejleszti az új termékek mérési folyamatait (teszt NPI folyamatok);
• Belső kalibrációk elvégzése a kalibrációs terv alapján, a kalibrálási dokumentáció elkészítése;
• Részt vesz az FMEA team munkájában és az ellenőrzési tervek elkészítésében;
• Részt vesz a vevői reklamációkezelésben, szükség esetén vezeti a 8D csapatot;
• Szakmai irányítást nyújt a teszter technikusoknak.
• Responsible for failure analysis and repair of measuringequipment (initiates the EQ blocking/ unblocking)
• Carry out capability tests on measuring equipment and document the results
• Prepare, check and verify test instructions and product and equipment test programmes
• Plans and implements continuous improvements in his/her professional field to improve quality objectives, productivity and yield
• Participates in related projects and, case of assigned as project leader, fully manages the project team
• Prepare the test equipment specifications, supports the supplier in the design of the machine, takeover and integrate the equipment
• Maintains contact with equipment suppliers and handles the complaints
• Develop and improve the measurement processes for new products (test NPI processes)
• Performing internal calibrations according to the calibration plan, preparing calibration documentation
• Participate in the FMEA team and in the preparation of control plans
• Participates in handling customer complaints, leading the 8D team if necessary
• Provides professional guidance to tester technicians.
  
  

Elvárások/Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Villamosmérnöki vagy fizikus végzettség;
• Aktív angol és/vagy német nyelvtudás, önálló kommunikáció szóban és írásban;
• Elektronikai gyártásban legalább 5 éves tapasztalat;
• Általános áttekintő, műszaki szemléletmód, jó analitikai és problémamegoldó készségek;
• Kezdeményező, fejlesztő szemléletű megközelítések;
• Minőségirányítási eszközök ismerete (FMEA, 8D, 5 WHY);
• Megbízhatóan kommunikál szakmai és tárgyalási ismeretei segítségével vállalaton belül, az anyavállalat képviselőivel, külső szolgáltatókkal és szállítókkal;
• Önálló munkavégzését magasfokú precízitás, pontosság jellemzi, míg munkaköréből adódóan mindemellett aktív csapatjátékos.
• Electrical Engineer, Physicist or relevant Engineering fild;
• Active knowledge of English and/or German, able to communicate verbaly and in written;
• General technical overview, good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Uses proactive, developmental approaches;
• Experience in quality management tools (FMEA, CP, 5 Why)
• Communicate confidently using professional and negotiation skills within the company, with representatives of the parent company, external service providers and suppliers.
