Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• End-to-End Developer Journey: Understand the end to end pain points, needs, wants and opportunities in a developer journey from concept to production, including prototyping, designing, debugging, testing, deployment and management.
• AI driven developer experience strategy : develop and orchestrate a comprehensive strategy to integrate AI driven (agentic) innovation acceleration along the entire developer journey within & outside Infineon digital ecosystem, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
• Customer Feedback and Analytics: Collect and analyze customer feedback and usage data into actionable insights driving decisions for cross functional teams.
• OKR & KPI driven mindset: convert the customer & business needs to measurable output metrics and controllable input metrics executing the Objective & Key result framework.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital product teams, global sales & support, divisional engineering teams, to ensure that digital products meet business requirements and developer needs and wants driving towards the commonly aligned KPIs using the OKR methodology.
• Best-in-Class Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation towards the growth of number of engaged developers with Infineon.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developer success managers and developer journey architect.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Min.15+ years of experience in working closely with global customers towards design wins along entire developer journey for power, sensor & MCU products, with at least 3+ years of exp.in a leadership role.
• Developer mindset: Has to be a developer himself/herself who has built numerous end application designs integrating hardware, firmware and software elements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, passionate & energetic person who can be self-driven yet focused to deliver the business RoI with right targets with the right priority across the organization.
• Team player mindset: believes and demonstrated business multiplication by working together with global cross functional teams of experts to make a different in customers life and Infineon business.
• AI Technology application knowhow: AI hands on knowledge & drive to learn from the dynamic market AI trends, at the same time prioritize and implement strategically the right AI implementations for our digital products.
