Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting order management, customer communication, and supply chain operations in a dynamic business environment. This role is designed for students interested in learning how supply chain processes, customer collaboration, and data management contribute to operational efficiency.

Your Role

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting order management, customer communication, and supply chain operations in a dynamic business environment. This role is designed for students interested in learning how supply chain processes, customer collaboration, and data management contribute to operational efficiency.
You will work closely with the team to support daily operations, while developing your analytical, organizational, and communication skills through real business scenarios.
- Order Management Support: Learn to support order management activities such as order entry, updates, and shipment coordination
- Customer Communication: Learn to assist in communicating order updates, delivery plans, and lead times to customers
- Returns & Complaints Support: Learn to support the handling of order-related issues, including complaints and returns
- Inventory & Data Management: Learn to support inventory-related activities and maintain accurate customer data in internal systems
- Process Improvement Support: Learn to assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer collaboration
- Project Support: Learn to support special projects and operational initiatives assigned by the team
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education: Actively pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
- MS Office Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
- Organization Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks while learning prioritization and time management
- Analytical Skills: Interest in developing analytical and problem-solving skills to support operational activities
- Tech Adaptability: Openness to learn and use supply chain systems and digital tools
- Languages: English proficiency required for daily communication (B2+)
Internship Benefits:
- $5,500 gross pesos bi-weekly pay
- $1,000 pesos restaurant voucher bi-weekly pay
- Direct hire (no agencies)

- Hybrid Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm
