Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Monitor and categorize reported incidents related to the assigned applications
• Support investigations by identifying root causes, assisting with testing, and communicating resolutions or fixes to users during the operations and maintenance phases, in collaboration with the application team
• Contribute to the maintenance of onboarding processes and user instructions, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the maintenance of the test plans and test cases, perform testing within application lifecycle
• Collaborate with the application team to document and execute processes related to performance monitoring, analytics, and incident management
• Prepare and present the monthly reports on system performance, incidents, and user requests, assist in analyzing the data to identify areas for improvement, and implement preventive measures
• Regularly review supported use cases maintained by the Application Owners, identify and address any gaps or missing use cases based on support requests
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system efficiency and operational processes
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any equivalent course
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with OpenShift Kubernetes (hybrid cloud platform), microservices architecture, and docker containerization
• Experience in CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment
• Experience in databases such as Oracle SQL, and Microsoft SQL and familiar with PLSQL
• Knowledge in source control and collaboration solutions e.g. GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge and experience with AI technologies, including familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Open AI APIs (GPT, ChatGPT) or Claude Sonnet are added advantages
• Knowledge and experience in development of scripts for automation used for reporting and dashboarding
• A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, on-time delivery, and good communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
