Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide project and operation support in software development and test automation of applications for Legal Solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and application errors reported by end-users, addressing both client and server-side issues
• Analyzing and improving processes to enhance system performance and overall usability
• Responsible for code maintenance and perform quality assurance activities for script development, code review, testing, troubleshooting, pilot, and maintenance after rollout
• Responsible for project development including application integration via API, functionalities testing, performance benchmark, installation, and deployment for assigned applications
• Work closely with the application owner and project team to ensure the solution is delivered within scope, budget, and timeline including participating in the application deployment and release process
• Perform requirement analysis and feasibility study of user requirements for new change requests
• Write and maintain the application documentation, such as functional specs, use cases, and user onboarding process
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any equivalent course
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in related fields
• Experience working in collaboration platforms (e.g. Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence) is preferred
• Experienced in programming languages like Java, Python, React, and Java script
• Experienced in REST API development and various application servers, e.g. Apache Tomcat, IIS
• Knowledge of OpenShift Kubernetes (hybrid cloud platform), microservices architecture, and docker containerization are added advantages
• Knowledge in CI/CD for continuous integration and deployment
• Experienced in source control e.g. GitLab, Azure DevOps, SVN
• Experienced in databases such as Oracle SQL, and Microsoft SQL and familiar with PLSQL
• Knowledge and experience with AI technologies, including familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Open AI APIs (GPT, ChatGPT) or Claude Sonnet are added advantages
• Experience in software testing methodologies and debugging techniques
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove impediments
• Fluent in the English language
