Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Test and validate iManage Cloud functionality, including document management, search, and workflow features
- Provide technical support to project team members and respond to queries and concerns
- Document test results and findings, including test cases, results, and any issues or defects identified
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues and defects
- Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, data migration, and system configuration
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
