Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Test and validate iManage Cloud functionality, including document management, search, and workflow features
  • Provide technical support to project team members and respond to queries and concerns
  • Document test results and findings, including test cases, results, and any issues or defects identified
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve issues and defects
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, data migration, and system configuration
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
