Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support and optimize peripheral processes in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., AOI inspection, sorting, cleaning, and related processes)
• Set up, maintain, and improve AOI systems, including recipe creation, tuning, and validation
• Analyze inspection data to identify defects, trends, and root causes, and provide actionable insights
• Work on process characterization, data collection, and technical reporting to support product and process development
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, process excursions, and yield improvement activities
• Collaborate with equipment, process, and product engineering teams to ensure alignment and process robustness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness
• Support equipment buy-off, qualification, and acceptance testing for peripheral tools
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
• Basic understanding or hands-on experience in AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems (e.g., recipe setup, defect classification, inspection logic)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience in troubleshooting and process optimization is a plus
• Good teamwork, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment
