Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Daily technical support and administration of network equipment, asset management, resolution of incident ticket and change request
• Provide 24x7 response, 2nd tier technical support, analysis, escalation and resolution for reported incidents
• Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning on network
• Liaise with cabling contractors to support passive cabling requirement and inspection upon job completion
• Document network infrastructure with FNT documentation tool
• Project support of network work package, lead in local projects to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within project scope and budget
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• 3 years direct practical experience in network infrastructure support
• Knowledge and experience in structured cabling and coordination with cabling vendor
• Proficient in network configuration and implement network design base on standard design without guidance
• Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNA/CCNP) preferred
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal in English
