Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Adapt and deploy global G2M strategies for the region, manage regional G2M activities on production and application level
• Provide consolidated regional inputs for global product and application roadmaps and offer customer feedback
• Gather, analyze, and provide market, customer, and competitor insights from a regional perspective to support focus areas
• Capture and consolidate regional application and product requirements, including scouting for emerging applications, use cases, and supporting the development of new products
• Lead discussions about global application and product roadmaps in the region and ensure design-wins together with Sales, FAEs
• Develop and monitor regional forecasts and ensure financial performance meets expectations
• Contribute significantly to allocation decisions and ensuring commercial synchronization across different departments
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Sales & Marketing experience in power electronics or semiconductor related field.
• Strategic thinking, openness, learning agility
• Proactive to work with internal & external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure.
• Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset.
• Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese.
