Key responsibilities in your new role

• Should have end-to-end experience in sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Working knowledge in an embedded software or semiconductor recruitment domain.
• Excellent English (verbal & written) communication with interpersonal skills
• The ability to work and build rapport with candidates, employees and all levels of management
• Experience working on Application tracking system - Eightfold
• Engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
• Solid process understanding, attention to detail, able to handlemultiple priorities and work under tight deadline
  
  

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Minimum 2-4years of recruiting experience in Embedded / VLSI hiring experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with recruiting technology and tools
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance and governance in talent acquisition
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Partner with internal organisations, including HR business partners and other HR centre of Excellence functions, Finance, payroll, legal, compliance, etc
• Drive freshers’ hiring to success by actively building relationships with Universities and Institutes
• Evaluate potential candidates on Infineon values, competencies and ensure they are an Infineon fit.
• Administer pre-joining, on-boarding and post-joining formalities for incumbents, including assignment of a buddy.
