Key responsibilities in your new role

Inbound & Outbound Customs Clearance

• Manage and coordinate customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land)
• Prepare, review, and control import/export documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and customs authorities
• Monitor shipment status and clearance timelines to ensure on-time delivery Resolve clearance issues to minimize delays, demurrage, or penalties
• Ensure full compliance with customs laws and company logistics procedures
  
  

Billing Documents & Cost Control

• Prepare, verify, and submit billing documents related to logistics and customs activities
• Coordinate with internal finance/accounting teams for Freight charges, Clearance fees , Duty & tax payment
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documents to prevent payment delays
• Track and reconcile logistics costs against shipment records and agreed quotations
• Support budget control and cost-saving initiatives BOI (Basic Scope)
• Support BOI-related import/export documentation as assigned
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper BOI usage in line with regulations
• Maintain BOI-related records for audit or reporting purposes (basic level)
  
  

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Ensure logistics operations comply with Customs regulations & Internal SOPs and policies
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and internal review
  
  

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Sales teams
• Prepare logistics-related reports (shipment status, clearance performance, cost summary)
• Provide guidance to internal users on clearance and documentation requirements
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5–10 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or customs clearance
• Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Experience in billing documents and logistics cost control is preferred Skills
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Responsible and well-organized
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Proactive mindset and service-oriented attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
