Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Formulate the global Go-to-Market (G2M) Strategy for Lighting and ensure proper execution with the regional & technical teams, as well as with the divisions, including solution & product roadmaps
• Ensure high-quality collateral material, including presentations, web pages, etc.
• Lead and moderate business reviews with the regions
• Shape the digital G2M approach for several applications
• Supporting the regional AMG and Sales tandems and handling escalations

As Staff Specialist Application Management, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. Lastly, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority.

• A degree in an Engineering field with a focus in economy, product marketing, product management, or business administration
• Commercial focus with solid technical engineering background
• High proficiency in communication internally as well as with customers
• Able to establish strong business relations
• Very proactive personality
• Travel activity will be required
• High affinity to use digital tools, including CRM including Web-based tools, e.g. Block diagram builder, Excel
• Fluency in English
