Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop Si Power IGBT/Diode and/or Silicon Carbide Power MOSFET wafer technologies and product features to realize new power devices that meet the performance, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive experiments from the process split definition to the realization in the clean room, analyze available in-line metrology and electrical test data.
- Ensure process stability, quality of the manufacturing route for mass-production release.
- Actively contribute to the project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Support and be in a technical leading role.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A university degree (Master, PhD) in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences
- Minimum 3+ years of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry
- Experience in the field of semiconductor device technology development/IC Design (Clean room experience, Design of Experiments, statistical process control, process control monitor design/layout, wafer-level reliability test and electrical characterization, failure analysis techniques, basic understanding of TCAD simulations, IP generation)
- Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge
- The ability to communicate efficiently in English written and spoken.
