Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage technology development and innovation projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and decisive impact for Infineon
• Lead the project team with members in various functions in a multi-site environment
• Understand application requirements and frame the technology roadmap for integrated magnetic field sensors in cooperation with experts, stakeholders and customers
• Setup new projects to improve performance and stay ahead of competition for the next generation of silicon sensors
• Optimize the wafer process towards low cost and high yield in cooperation with the manufacturing departments
• Establish a transparent communication framework to all levels of the project organization
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in physics, electric engineering, material science or related
• A proven track record in managing technology projects
• Experience in leading technical teams
• A strong background in silicon technologies for integrated sensors and applications
• A highly motivated, flexible team player
• Familiar with relevant project management software tools
• Fluent in German and English (level C)
