About Healthcare:
The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early-stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Work with Stakeholders/leaders to prepare a blueprint for automation initiatives.
• Oversee and work alongside a team of data analysts who will:
o Work closely with team members on design and execution of large-scale modeling efforts, including programming, statistical analysis, and reporting.
o Collaborate on programming new data science products by translating needs identified with clients into analytic frameworks that can be developed into polished applications.
o Build, maintain and enhance codebases underlying key applications.
o Support other marketing science analyses for clients as required.
o Communicate with and provide consulting for internal teams and external clients on data models, analysis findings, process efficiency, and marketing science best practices.
• Staff projects appropriately based on the skillset of team members and the needs of projects
• Help data analysts solve technical problems/issues
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Work with Bangalore Team Leader to effectively scale up team
• Innovate new ways to automate and increase efficiencies based on strong knowledge of marketing research workflows
• Oversee the professional development of team members

Job Requirements: • To be at ease in dealing with many ongoing conversations with variety of Stakeholders
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including the ability to maintain reusable and modular codebases. • Bachelor’s degree. • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, consensus-oriented environment. • Experience in analytics, extracting and surfacing value from quantitative data. • Strong eye for detail, ability to communicate scientific concepts both in written form and verbally, and excellent time-management skills.
• Experience managing team of data analysts to deliver on-time and within scope
• Experience helping team members grow and succeed through a positive culture, identifying training opportunities, and advocating for their development
• Team player who will work collaboratively with the Bangalore Team Leader and the US-based team to scale up market research automation efforts
Pluses:
• Experience with multiple modern techniques and algorithms in machine learning and statistical computing such as regression and clustering/segmentation
• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian suite) and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Large dataset manipulation. Experience in distributed storage and computing.
• Experience in the field of marketing research (Healthcare marketing research an additional benefit)
