Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Ipsos Interactive Services, you'll form part of a global design team with members all around the world. Your responsibilities will include designing for users from various cultures and languages, across diverse formats such as web, mobile, and email.

You'll design websites, mobile apps, landing pages, email templates, develop and improve brands and design systems, and ensure your designs comply with inclusion and accessibility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Partner with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, and analytics to craft impactful experiences for our users.

Strategy: Work closely with product managers to set the team vision and create a roadmap of projects aligned with our company objectives.

High-Quality Design: Produce designs of exceptional quality, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent use of colors, fonts, and layouts. You should have a solid understanding of design theory and the necessary concepts to create top-notch UIs and superior user experiences.

Design & Development: Your day-to-day work will involve developing new features and supporting existing products. This starts from defining requirements with the product team and stakeholders, creating experience flows, testing prototypes, moving on to high-fidelity designs, and in some cases, assisting with the implementation of your designs.

Data Analysis: Understand and interpret user metrics and feedback to inform design decisions and build an action plan. Though direct research will not be part of your role, using provided data to enhance user experience is crucial.

Communication: Effectively communicate design updates to stakeholders, facilitate discussions with engineers and product managers, and advocate for user-centric design principles. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable communicating with team members around the world.

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years of relevant working experience in product design roles.

Demonstrated mastery of product design, including prototyping, visual and interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage constructively in debate and discussion with colleagues.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

Having completed a university degree in visual design or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement.

Experience designing for the general public across various formats, including responsive web design and mobile apps. Experience in the design and implementation of email templates is a plus.

Understanding of front-end engineering concepts and basic coding considerations.

Well-structured and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work within expected timelines. Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or similar is a plus.

Your role will be crucial in shaping the product experience of our users. If you are passionate about design, curious about technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
