Job Description

Digital Marketing Expertise and Product Development

▪ Lead the development and launch of innovative digital tools using Ipsos data and technology solutions.

▪ Focus on integrating cutting-edge services like social listening, influencer marketing, and other relevant areas into new Ipsos products.

▪ Maintain a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and the evolving media landscape, particularly in e-commerce, influencer marketing, social listening, and the gaming industry.

▪ Utilize relevant data and analytics tools to extract insights to inform product design and development.

Industry Knowledge and Market Expansion

▪ Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and identify emerging opportunities in the market.

▪ Conduct research and analysis to identify target markets and potential clients for new Ipsos digital marketing tools

Client Management and Relationships

▪ Build and manage strong relationships with mid to senior-level client stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

▪ Demonstrate the value proposition of new Ipsos digital marketing tools through presentations and data-driven insights.

▪ Partner with clients to pilot and test new tools, gathering feedback for ongoing refinement and improvement.

Decision-Making Performance and Project Leadership

▪ Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the development and launch of digital marketing tools.

▪ Lead project teams responsible for developing, testing, and launching new digital marketing tools.

▪ Make data-driven decisions based on market research, client feedback, and performance metrics.

▪ Track KPIs for new tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

▪ Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate seamless integration of product features, functionalities, and marketing strategies.

Additional Responsibilities

▪ Identify and target prospects within the digital space using effective techniques.

▪ Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using new Ipsos digital marketing tools effectively.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

▪ A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in digital domains, preferably with a prominent media entity or reputable local digital agency (candidates from outside the region will be considered).

▪ Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing tools or strategies, preferably in areas like social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or gaming.

▪ Experience with market research, data analysis, and utilizing insights to inform product development decisions.

▪ Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with mid-level to senior stakeholders

Skills:

▪ Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

▪ Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms to extract insights and measure performance.

▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

▪ Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, make data-driven decisions, and drive projects forward.

▪ Relationship-building skills to foster strong connections with clients and internal stakeholders.

▪ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation in product development.
