Role overview

As the Head of Product Implementation, you will hold a pivotal position within Ipsos Audience Measurement, overseeing our global delivery operations. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and monitoring budgets. Proficiency in agile methodologies is a must for this role.

Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in our Harrow office and working the rest from home.

What will I be doing?

Operations and Project Delivery:

  • Ensure that processes and procedures are in place to ensure quality in development and operations throughout major deliveries.
  • Organise Ipsos Audience Measurement teams in the creation and management of
    • Roles & Responsibilities planning
    • Escalation planning
    • Change management process
    • Progress and budget monitoring according to contracts
  • Create a project delivery planning framework and templates and ensure that they are created, implemented and followed up on in accordance with contracted deliveries. This includes:
    • Resource planning
    • Contract timelines, milestone and deliverables mapping
    • Risk management and mitigation plan
  • Build, organise, and shape local and global teams to operate major contracts, ensuring prioritisation, resourcing and team structures are in place to execute the project plan with excellent quality and reliability standards.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients of Ipsos Audience Measurement, understanding their needs and understanding satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with clients and global/local teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that meet client requirements and ensure effective oversight
  • Act as a primary point of contact, providing support to clients and Ipsos AUM teams to remove project obstacles and address concerns.
  • Assist sales teams by offering support based on your expertise in our solutions and market value. Anticipate and build the budget for new developments both internally and by third party providers.

Contracts:

  • Work with legal and governance support to review existing contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOWs) and create and maintain up-to-date templates for new work.
  • Oversee the contracting stage of major deliveries to ensure contracts align with delivery capabilities and profitability targets.

Budget Monitoring:

  • Monitor budgets at global level, aggregating the performance of global contracts.
  • Work closely with global and local finance managers to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide accurate budget forecasts and reports.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Extensive programme management experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technology, Project Management)
  • Proven experience in client management and project delivery in a technology-focussed role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
