With a strong business background, the function aligns very closely with the product / business owners to drive commercialization and go to market of digital innvoations.
Being the central contact point of globally dispersed cross-functional team, the incumbent architects, designs and implements end to end processes to enable digital product commercialization. The incumbent is not only capable of providing hands-on workarounds to do quick market test, but also has big picture and able to advise on the long-term solutions.
Education / 教育背景
Min. Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s Degree in business administration, IT, or equivalent.
Experience /经验
5+ years experience in business development, business process engineering, business analysis, product management or software operation.
Experience in a MNC environment, collaborating with international teams.
Able to connect dots and advise different stakeholders on business model creation and commercialization.
Other skills /其他技能
Expertise in software operation, license and entitlement management, subscription management, e-commerce, service delivery
Experience in B2B high tech businesses
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, etc. enterprise IT tooling
Strong business sense and product management, go to market experience
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English and Chinese
Well-developed communication skills, high flexibility, perservance and entrepreneurial attitude
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication skills both externally as well as in complex team structures.
Demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking and proven record of delivering performance in fluid situations.
Experience in complex projects and programs utilizing Agile delivery techniques.
Main Tasks / 主要任务
Strategic and operational support
- Act as spiring partner for product / business owners, advise on the business model and commercialization approach for digital products and propositions
- Own the end-to-end business and process requirements from quoting, contracting, booking, fullfillment, servicing, etc.
- Coordinate with various teams for the requirements implementation
- Empower innovation, able to provide quick workaround to test the new digital propositions
- Create value stream mapping including current state, target state and gap analysis
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and create scaled solution
- Document SOP’s, train the involved stakeholders (e.g., back office) and drive change management
Market and competitor analysis
- Analyze business model innovation from competitors and other industry players. Provide insights to the organization on different business models.
Relationship management
- Maintain close contact with IT partners (e.g. CRM, ERP vendors) for con-joint development and input into development activities.
Coordination with other areas
- Close alignment with Medtec business sectors to ensure standardization and harmonization
- Close collaboration with global digital competitance center to ensure optimal implementation of the global strategy into a local adaptation.
- Very close collaboration with ZEISS digital partner, IT BP, business development, marketing and sales
