  • In this role, you will help us launch our new CRM system Salesforce globally. You will coordinate the overarching Scrum teams and coach the Scrum Masters and other project members. You share your knowledge and experiences, to coach and mentor them, to develop their skills and to assist them in their professional development.

  • In a dynamic and agile environment, you play a key role in coordinating complex software projects across different business units. As an Agile Coach with in-depth knowledge of the SAFe you are responsible for introducing, implementing and continuously improving SAFe principles and practices on the team and beyond.

  • Your tasks include moderating and accompanying events such as Sprint Plannings, Dailys, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives as well as Backlog Refinements.

  • You support the Product Qwners and the Business Process Analysts in organizing and creating the backlog to maximize value creation.

  • With your method expertise, creativity and leadership experience you contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and techniques.

  • You create an atmosphere that promotes self-organization, security and shared goals and enables ongoing development for the team and yourself.

  • You are also happy to share your experiences in other areas of the company.

  • You have extensive professional experience as a SAFe Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar is required.

  • You have a very good understanding of different agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and have practical experience in their implementation.

  • As a team player, you are able to coach, motivate and lead the team based on the situation. You live by agile principles and have already experienced and promoted real agility.

  • You are ready to support change and help our teams and the organization on their ongoing development path.

  • In addition, you possess strong soft skills such as problem solving and conflict solving skills as well as analytical, organizational and communicative skills.

  • You are familiar with scaling approaches and you can evaluate these for the respective context and use them together with us.

  • You can quickly and reliably find your way in a new, complex environment.

  • With your creative, emphatic and respectful personality, you are able to convince a team and you are willing to learn new things. We support you with training, further training and certifications.

  • A willingness to travel and good language skills in English and German are required.
